Athletic Club: LaLiga history and supporters
Athletic Club’s tradition of fielding players connected to the Basque Country gives the Bilbao side a unique place in world football. Its league and cup triumphs, including Copa del Rey success, are celebrated as achievements of both club and community.
Athletic Club supporters bring local pride, club colors, and match-day traditions to every fixture. Regional derbies and fixtures against Spain’s traditional powers give supporters defining occasions across the season. The club’s home support and regional identity are an essential part of its story.
