Overview
Kansas State Wildcats
EMAW, Kansas State
Kansas State won Big 12 championships in 2003, 2012, and 2022, with Bill Snyder’s teams building a celebrated program from a difficult starting point. The 1998 Fiesta Bowl victory over Syracuse remains a signature postseason moment.
Wildcat fans bring “EMAW”—Every Man a Wildcat—and purple pride to Manhattan. The Sunflower Showdown with Kansas is the state rivalry, while games with Iowa State and Oklahoma State connect K-State to Big 12 history.
