Overview
Louisville Cardinals
Cards up, Louisville
Louisville’s 2006 Orange Bowl and 2013 Sugar Bowl victories delivered two landmark postseason wins. The program also produced Heisman winner Lamar Jackson in 2016, whose electrifying season became a defining chapter for Cardinals football.
Cardinal fans bring red-and-black pride to the city and turn game day into a Louisville celebration. The Governor’s Cup with Kentucky is the in-state rivalry, while Cincinnati and Miami (OH) connect the Cardinals to regional football history.
