Overview
Memphis Tigers
Tiger blue, Memphis loud
Memphis won the 2019 American Athletic Conference championship and capped the season with a Cotton Bowl appearance. The Tigers’ 2016 and 2017 bowl victories and a history of explosive offenses have given the city plenty of football milestones.
Memphis fans bring blue-and-gray pride and the city’s musical spirit to game day. The rivalry with Ole Miss is the Battle for the Bones, while Cincinnati, Tulane, and Southern Miss connect the Tigers to neighboring football traditions.
