Ohio Bobcats
O-H-I-O, Bobcat pride
Ohio won MAC championships in 1960 and 1968 and captured conference titles again in 2011 and 2012. Those championship seasons gave Athens memorable celebrations and cemented the Bobcats as a fixture in Mid-American Conference football.
Bobcat fans bring green-and-white pride to Peden Stadium and make “O-H-I-O” a game-day call. The Battle of the Bricks with Miami (OH) is the defining rivalry, while Marshall and Kent State bring regional stakes.
