San Diego State Aztecs
Aztec pride, San Diego strong
San Diego State won Mountain West championships in 2015 and 2016 and produced a run of bowl victories that established the Aztecs as a western power. The program’s 2021 season brought another conference title and a memorable sendoff from its longtime home.
Aztec fans bring scarlet-and-black pride to San Diego and support the team across the region. The rivalry with Fresno State is a Mountain West classic, while games with Hawai‘i and Nevada connect SDSU to western football history.
