Overview
Toledo Rockets
Rockets, blast off
Toledo’s undefeated 1970 season and MAC championship established the Rockets as a Mid-American Conference power. The program has added multiple conference titles and bowl wins, creating a tradition of high-energy football in northwest Ohio.
Rocket fans bring midnight blue and gold to the Glass Bowl and rally around the team’s high-flying identity. The Battle of I-75 with Bowling Green is the defining rivalry, while games with Northern Illinois and Western Michigan add MAC stakes.
