Overview
Virginia Tech Hokies
Enter Sandman, Hokies
Virginia Tech reached the national championship game after the 1999 season and captured ACC titles in 2004 and 2010. The Hokies’ 2000 Sugar Bowl victory and decades of bowl appearances built a celebrated tradition in Blacksburg.
Hokie fans bring maroon-and-orange pride and make “Enter Sandman” one of college football’s great entrances. The Commonwealth Cup rivalry with Virginia is the state’s showcase, while West Virginia and Miami carry Big East and regional history.
