Washington State Cougars
Go Cougs, Palouse proud
Washington State’s Rose Bowl appearances in 1998 and 2003 delivered landmark seasons for the Cougars, with the 1997 team winning the Pac-10 title. The program’s high-flying offenses and dramatic upsets made Pullman a memorable stop in college football.
Cougar fans bring crimson-and-gray pride from across the Palouse and are famous for waving the Cougar flag around the world. The Apple Cup with Washington is the defining rivalry, while Oregon State adds Pacific Northwest stakes.
