San Francisco Giants

Dominic Zvada gets another 1st as a rookie. How to handle your first missed field goals. That leads our Giants preview as the Saints come marching in to MetLife

Incredible that Alabama dog walked Tennessee for like 15 years. Now Tennessee’s beat em 3 straight times in Knoxville. That man Kalen DeBoer is about to see how much bricks cost. That job is a furnace, not a hot seat

Giants elevated LB Trace Ford from the practice squad

This counts as another Memphis person following me to NYC now.

They absolutely had to do this. Blood clots aren’t some week to week deal. And if that means 4 weeks minimum for Hurts, the Giants go to Philly in 4 weeks. But I care more about Hurts being okay with something more serious than a muscle/bone injury.

Indiana's basically got 4 eyes on the Mutant this game. And I don't blame them. Don't Jeremiah Smith beat them. And that INT showed how they're covering him tight

the last sentence is all that needs to be said. Deserve got nothing to do with it. Expanding the playoff is silly partly bc not every team is built to win a title. It's not about undeserving teams - it's about greed driving this. Money. Conference expansion. All of that

Foster the People last Saturday Crowd wasn't as hype as I hoped it'd be. I know that band doesn't have many hits since that first record but figured there'd be more energy. I still enjoyed it.

Memphis struggling at Tulane is a tale as old as my first year on the beat in 2018. Wild considering Tulane looks down but….I seen movies like this before.

Happy anniversary to one of my favorite albums. An incredible concept record that showed why Masta Ace is one of the best writers in hip hop. One of the best albums of the 2000s.

speaking of the Giants O-Line, this is a problem on them. Granted, Skattebo is a back who seeks contact, not run away from it, so that skews things. But the best run attacks often give their ballcarriers yards BEFORE contact, not just make them work for yards AFTER contact.

Giants O-Line is a major issue in the run game. But Skattebo is tied with James Cook for most fumbles by any non-QB this yr. Cook is fine cause he gets 2 more YPC than Skattebo. Skatt's the 1st to take accountability. He knows if the fumbles don't stop, he'll lose touches

Colton Hood, Theo Johnson and Tyler Nubin are OUT Sunday for the Giants. Johnson was a DNP today after being limited all week with a neck injury Abdul Carter, Jermaine Eluemunor and Andrew Thomas are all questionable.

Sounds like Cam Skattebo could get less carries. If Tyrone Tracy got demoted for just 1 fumble in season (after his preseason one), there could be more carries spread around this week since Skattebo has 4 (1 lost) in 5 games

Grand opening, grand closing or to quote Groucho Marx. "Hello, I must be going"
