#Raiders have elevated DT Tim Keenan and DE Cian Slone from the practice squad.

#Raiders starting LB Quay Walker (chest) is now QUESTIONABLE for tomorrow’s game vs. Los Angeles Rams.

For #Raiders QB Fernando Mendoza, following in the footsteps of Tom Flores and Jim Plunkett can be pressure and a privilege. I talked to Mendoza about carrying the torch, being a beacon of hope for the organization, with a fairly large Hispanic fan base and the importance of embracing his Cuban heritage. https://t.co/26LdS525dF

More from #Raiders HC Klint Kubiak on Thornton, who he said is "close" to returning. "He's making big progress. He's done a lot of good things in practice. You know, still working [on] getting his football legs back after missing a lot of time, but I've been really pleased with his effort [and] detail."

Kubiak added: “We’re expecting him to be ready.”

#Raiders WR Dont’e Thornton Jr. will not be activated for this week’s game vs. Rams.

This season, #Raiders are T-12th in pressures (80) and T-6th in sacks (15). #Raiders DC Rob Leonard on Treydan Stukes’ performance vs. Buffalo and his growth during the season: “He's just more confident. …I think the play-in and play-out consistency of even when the ball's not going to him, being in good position, and then when it is thrown to him, he's able to make the play.”
